Little Village Qld 2.0: Reviews & Ratings
Little Village QLD, is the heart of Brisbane, located on the Southside of the River. The owner Danielle, makes you feel welcome and part of the Little Village family the moment you arrive. Making you forget that you are in someones elses space and not at home. This experience is unlike any other play center that I have taken my children to. The Village was inclusive for both my children who have additional needs. The food, was delicious and the coffee was perfect. I will definitely be taking my children and family there again.
Brought my girls Miss 3 and Miss 1 to Little Village at Moorooka and they didn't want to leave! Great little space for anyone who doesn't like the big play centres (eg someone like me who doesn't do well with loud and noisy areas) and just wants a calm and relaxed environment. Dani is a lovely host who is amazing with children and very helpful on the brief occasion I had to run Miss 3 to the bathroom and Dani kept Miss 1 occupado for 5 mins. Some great little snack options for kiddies and coffee/soft drink for adults as needed. Dani was kind to let me open our own lactose free snack (both my girls are LF) but also was able to provide babycinos with LF milk which I so very much appreciated. The play area has a climbing area, a big soft pillow to jump onto, some little books to read at the back and great functional type activities (think play kitchen). Really good use of the downstairs area. Upstairs there's room to hire, so if you're interested to host an event in the upstairs area get in touch with Dani! We will be back with friends in tow!
My kids absolutely love Minecraft Mates and as a parent it is a controlled safe environment on their devices. Both kids have made friends that we socialise with outside of the cafe. Dani is inviting and friendly and makes a really good coffee. There are always different families and someone interesting to chat too. They offer different groups and workshops throughout the year. We are regular visitors and will keep coming!! We love it
I really enjoy bringing my children to Little Village and have done so for many years. Dani is the most welcoming and compassionate person and I have made lovely friendships with parents who frequent here. Little Village has a great indoor/outdoor set up for children and is all inclusive to the needs of the child. Highly recommend!
I have been to Little Village with my kids many times, both in the 1.0 form and the 2.0 form. The kids always have a fantastic time and have made long term friends with other kids from there, they always feel accepted and have a lot to do. Its lovely to have a place I can sit down and feel relaxed in while my kids play, its just the right size for littlies. I booked the upper room for my 4 year olds birthday party, and they all had a blast also. Thanks Danni, you are a gem!!
My children (between 2-3.5 yo) really enjoyed both indoor and outdoor play areas. The home corner and the climbing gym are their favourites. We usually stop by for an hour or so after our morning swim and have lunch there once a week. Dani, the cafe owner is so lovely and kind. She really knows all the right language to use to help kids navigate their emotions! Thank you Dani for your assistance and the lovely hot chocolate!
We came for a visit and we were greeted at the door with big smiles and such lovely friendliness. The place is small and homey with lots of toys and a great little climbing gym. There's air con which is great for summer. My little one loved it and had such a blast!
Dani creates the most beautiful and welcoming environment for every single person who steps in the door. My 5yo is always excited when Little Village is on our schedule, and I love meeting friends there and actually being able to talk while the kids play in a safe environment. Highly recommend.
